The process is straightforward: users select upload parameters and run a concurrent request, which generates a pre-formatted Excel template. Data can then be entered or updated in Excel, with built-in validation against Oracle data to ensure accuracy. Once validated, the Excel file is uploaded back to Oracle EBS, where records are created or updated, and the results are immediately available in a downloadable Excel file for review.
