Senfor International’s Director General is Ion Yılmaz who founded the company as an expansion into Eastern Europe from his Swiss consulting business in 2007.

Ion has been a business transformation advisor for over 20 years involved in transformation projects achieving significant efficiency improvements and generating up to six figure cost savings for multinational companies.
His mission is to challenge established thinking and drive transformation through innovation within client organizations. His approach is one of interaction with his clients, listening to their concerns and then guiding them through the transformation process to achieve the desired results.
He is internationally experienced in supply chain and manufacturing business process optimization and he has a broad industrial experience which includes the aerospace, medical devices and instruments, engineering, electronics and automotive industries.
His specializations include:
– Post merger business process integration, particularly assisting US multinationals with European acquisitions
– Supply chain, manufacturing and quality management business process management projects.
– ERP solutions for manufacturing, supply chain, quality and asset management.
He is passionate about total engagement in his projects and in delivering quality solutions.
He has worked with Silicon Graphics on transformation projects generating tax savings of $40 million per annum and also standardizing their ERP systems worldwide.
His clients have included Toyota Europe, ITT Corporation, Beckman Coulter, Stryker and Integra Lifesciences.
Ion is predominantly involved with manufacturing, asset and quality management processes and ERP/Data systems.
